It has been our experience that the fastest and most efficient way to get a claim reported and subsequently settled is for the insured to report the claim as soon as possible directly to their insurance company utilizing one of the toll-free numbers listed below. However, direct reporting is in no way intended to keep us, your Agent, from helping you, advising you and -if need be- "going to bat" for you with the company to assure a fast and fair settlement. If you report a claim and either become confused about the process or do not feel like you are not receiving the kind of service you deserve, you should contact us immediately. We cannot help you if we do not know you are having a problem! For that matter, if the claim is not an emergency and you would like to talk to us -off the record- before you submit, please feel free to call us.
